To start, I would definitely use John and his team at 72 Sold again. They were there for me every step of the way to get my house ready to sell and after. They made me feel more like a friend than a client. I was dreading the usual house selling agenda. I thought about using Offerpad or Open Door. They buy your house at the price they want. Then an ad popped up on my laptop for 72 Sold. I didn't know anything about them. I always review before using a company. I, also, spoke with John. This is my review of John Hrimnak and his team members who sold our house within "72" hours after listing with a signed contract. During our first meeting John and Shannon provided the direction to articulate our conversation into two goals: 1 - Sell our home. 2 - The correct and equitable price for seller and buyer. We discussed lowest to midrange to the exact market value. Believe it or not our home sold at the highest current market value in our subdivision. John and his team turned our thoughts and vision into reality. The written description, all of the pictures, professional video clips soaring fom above our home to our pool and indoor features cannot be described in words. I did not know anything about 72 Sold until an add popped up on my laptop. I always review a company before getting involved. I spoke with John on the phone and it seemed interesting in a new way. John and his staff are there for you no matter what you need to get your house ready to sell and after. There method is a take on the Open Door/Offerpad model. They don't buy the house from you at a price they want. They first conduct an open house by invitation only and set a selling price agreeable to the client.
